Cliff, Lisa and the team at Don Franklin Collision Repair in London, KY did a suburb job repairing my Mustang. Despite a devastating local tornado they completed the job quickly. The repair, painting, and detailing were high quality. These are some kind folks. I have only glowing compliments!

Cliff and Lisa are both super nice and professional. My Lincoln Aviator was in an accident and got hit on the side. Cliff and his team had to replace a door, a quarter panel and adjust the frame on it. Their paint job was spectacular. My car looked brand new after the work was done. Lisa took care of the paper work timely and arranged a rentle for me. Me and my husband later took our Mercedes sprinter van there and got it detailed. I called on 1/6/25 with an issue on a 2013 Ford F150 Lariat. The gentleman I spoke with was so nice and very helpful. So pleasant to call and get customer service that is friendly and respectful. Thank you

I’d give 0 stars if possible. My truck was dropped of may 12th. A copy of the purchase order I made them give me shows they didn’t even order the tail light needed for repair until April 8th. Bad business with bad business practices.
