Only place I'll bring my RAM 1500. Yes, its a dealership, but, no, they aren't going to gouge you. Their labor rates are fair and the service is excellent. Every bit of work they do is guaranteed. A dealer service center that you can trust!
The customer service at the Chrysler, Dodge facility has always been professional, prompt, honest and awesome!! The services have been finished in a timely manner, have been successful and have been completed with great products. Job well done!!
0 star. They installed a clutch on my 08 Shelby gt500 and pinched my wiring harness between bell housing and engine. Wires didn’t fail immediately but when they did, they would not stand by their mistake so I’m paying $2500 to a competent tech to fix my entire wiring harness. Very sad considering I’ve paid them to fix multiple cars that their owner who owns 30 dealerships, can’t stand by incompetent techs. Easily worst service I’ve ever had. Almost criminal. I love the service folks at Don Franklin in Campbellsville. I started going there during COVID crisis as they were the only service center I could get an repair appointment. They treat you like a friend and take the time to answer questions, explain in simple terms what the problem entails. What is needed and the cost. They do not rush you and work with you to get exactly what you need to get your car running again. I trust what they are telling me and they will fix it properly.
