I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Don Franklin and I will always return with my business in the future. I'm treated like family there instead of just a customer. For my services, I always get an appointment right away that fits right in to my schedule. I am always able to wait for my car because the oil change and inspection only took about 46 minutes or less.
I purchased a Supra through Don Franklin, and while the sales process was smooth, everything fell apart after delivery. The sales staff was professional and handled the sight-unseen purchase well. That’s the only reason this isn’t a one-star review. The car was delivered on Wednesday. Just bought my 4th vehicle from Don Franklin after having my Nissan Rogue for 4 faithful 236,068 mile driven years. Bryan Turnage has placed me in 4 different cars across 2 different locations over the years and I can’t recommend him or this dealership enough! *Shout out to Nissan as well for the long faithful ride (literally) that I had with my Rogue before she finally lost her fight to a deer (and still was drivable)
