Was a smooth experience and a pleasure to work with Kanon! I was given a fair value for my Ford Bronco and while it was a bittersweet good bye, I am looking forward to saving money on gas and a lower monthly payment. Where to begin. I'll just give a list of all the bad experiences I've had at don franklin. First when I bought my new hyundai we agreed to knock 2000 off the price and then during closing the price was back to full again. We point this out and of course he has to call boss who has to approve it. Clearky he was trying to slip ut past us without us noticing. Then there is some high interest fee that they tack on. My car tells me it's time for an oil change whenever I turn it on, and my sticker says it's time for an oil change. Nevertheless, they want 8,000 miles between each oil change. It's frustrating seeing it on my dashboard each time I turn on the car.
