Had my oil changed here after having used another Lexington Hyundai dealer earlier. They were amazing! Very professional and helpful! I will be back for the next oil change my car needs!
Went to go buy my first car ever, I had money and the ability to buy a car within my range. My salesman went from nice and courteous to rude and angry when I refused to put a car I never asked for on hold with my banking information, this car had not even been inspected by the dealership but was in their back lot awaiting inspection. Buyer beware! this dealership claims to sell cars that “last a lifetime”. The car they sold me broke down after only several weeks of normal use and repeated maintenance. Misty is a fraud saleswoman, she misrepresented the condition of the vehicle upon purchase. The car was sold to me with no oil and only false documents of “used car inspection” and “oil change”. I took it to a real Kia they inspected it and found preexisting damage to the engine. The engine blew due to these preexisting leak issues that were never disclosed... read more
