The three-man crew was courteous and cooperative, and they completed the tasks we asked of them without issue. However, our organization was disappointed that they arrived two hours later than the scheduled appointment time of 9:00 AM. Due to logistics and IT constraints, it was critical for us to begin the move promptly at 9:00 AM in order to be set up in the new space and operational before the weekend.
