Horrible customer service from their employee Audrey. Made an appointment last week they call me to ask what kind of insurance I have which I do by the way Union Workers one. Since she didn't recognize the name she couldn't take a moment to check coverage from my insurance she ask me to do it and get back to her on which I did right away. Still, she decided she can't take it cause she was too lazy to call insurance her self. For god's, sake just do your job.
