I went to go pick up my car and they acting like they don’t know where my car is they don’t have it. Then the first thing he said if I have the tile you can sign it over to use. These guys are ripped off people they overly charge you for your car and add extra fee. That does not have nothing to do with anything just so you could give them your title for your car values more than what they charge are so they could make more money and flip your car this your family business, but their Ripping off people and giving false policy... read more
I was just in a car accident with my mother and we were stuck in the ER for hours. We finally got discharged a little after 4pm and tried to make it to the garage on time in order to retrieve a few personal items we really wanted in our possession. We got there at 4:32. I understand that they close at 4:30, but there were two employees there who refused to help. I could even see my car and he wouldn’t let me get the one item I wanted.
