I was just in a car accident with my mother and we were stuck in the ER for hours. We finally got discharged a little after 4pm and tried to make it to the garage on time in order to retrieve a few personal items we really wanted in our possession. We got there at 4:32. I understand that they close at 4:30, but there were two employees there who refused to help. I could even see my car and he wouldn’t let me get the one item I wanted.
