Most lawyers can give you a list of reasons why something cannot be done, Don looks for a way to get it done. He writes beautiful contacts that say in 3 pages what others cannot get done in 20. His contracts are readable. He has great connections and knows where to shop a deal. He is not arrogant and is easy to work with.
I worked with Don on a project 20 years ago and plan to work with him again on a new start-up in 2021.
