About a month ago, I went in to only test drive a Terrain. I was torn between this and a Bronco Sport. I had every intention on purchasing my selection through Carvanna, so I arrived with no purse, no card, and my most comfy attire. I don’t even think I had lotion on. Lol!! Don Davis in Lake Jackson,TX has some of the BEST people working there. EVERYONE that I spoke to was so respectful and kind to me. Bridgette helped me get the car that was perfect for me and my baby girls. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Treated me like an actual person not just a customer. I am so grateful to everyone there that helped me. Highly recommend them for being someone’s FIRST and ONLY choice when searching for a new or used vehicle.!
After getting off work I decided to go and look at their inventory based on the reviews...I guess I "looked" like I couldn't afford anything... nobody approached me nobody even acknowledged me. Maybe next time I will go in my Sunday clothes and my LV Speedy then maybe they will acknowledge me 😑
