Dr Davis is knowledgeable and professional But calling his office is a nightmare I have waiting 11 days for my husband to be ser up for ECHO we have excellent insurance and when I finally reached a human on the phone I was told they have many patients and haven't had time to call United for pre authorization I finally reach a person on the phone after 8 days of trying and being put on hold for 16.7 to 18.3 minutes where I finally hung up. As a new patient I arrived at the office 15 minutes early so my appointment was at 4o'clock and at 5:10 I left after having sat in an exam room for almost an hour. Let me be 10 minutes late and see what happens but I'm left sitting back there for over an hour? I'm not going to start seeing a doctor that has absolutely no respect for my time so I left and I have advised my insurance company to make sure that they do not bill me for this visit because I did not see a doctor at all
I just wanted to say that it is important to be on time for an appointment but when you come Ten minutes early and they bring you back plan on sitting for a very long time. It has been an hour plus and I’m still waiting. Very discouraging. Dr Davis is a good doctor but he needs to consider the patients time as well. It looks like I’ll be late for a meeting now.
He is my hero I don't think I would be here now if not for him !!!
Staff was so nice, office is clean. Dr Davis has a wonderful bedside manner and really listened to me. He put my worries at ease.
