Terrible Customer Service except for the lady at the desk The lady who estimated the piece has no customer service and as I was reading the other comments It’s just not me I worked for Chalmers ford and I would strive for customer service Sad to see how poorly this has become
We took our Jeep in, the Collision manager came outside looked at tire rim and said oh this is not repairable, you should get a new rim. We were happy cause that is what we wanted. That was a Thursday , the following week I get a text and it says that the rim will be polished, I called and said this is not what was said, the girl which I do not remember her name got rude right away and I myself then got pissed, I said you didn’t communicate this to us. This place sucks. For one, not once did I get a call back when they said they would until they realized they forgot (twice) to charge me the full amount then my phone started blowing up. They left a gap (you can see the bumper cover clips) in my bumper when putting the bumper cover back on and couldn’t get it right the second time either. When I called them and spoke to them about what could be done, the manager told me my car was mass produced (it’s a Type R, they’re a limited production vehicle so he’s wrong) and this was ... read more
Very satisfied on the work they’ve done. They explained everything on what’s to be done and gave us a timeline (deadline) on when they will finish the repairs. The car was ready as scheduled.
They do quality work, keep you informed, and deliver on time!
