Customer service was very rude and Racist I would say. Refused accommodate a disabled person when asked for a lane with a bench instead of chairs. They simply responded “ there is enough chairs for you to sit in.” They assured all the lanes with benches were reserved for a group arriving a few minutes later (never showed). Over all very poor customer service.
