Employees at the snack bar were super rude. Spilled my drink and the lady at the counter replied "Jesus Christ". Then they proceeded to charge me over $2 because of a spilled drink. I am an employee at a bowling alley and would never have charged for a spilled drink. Employees were very unfriendly overall
My son signed up for bowling through school but after his first frame of his first game he quit. I asked for a refund since he only bowled one frame and I still haven't received it. I'm not happy at all especially since I made a special trip to the bowling alley to speak to the manager who assured me the refund would be in the mail within 2 weeks. I wouldn't recommend going to don Carter's.
We were here today to bowl for my grandson's 6th birthday. We didn't mention it but they observed and came over to ask if we were celebrating a birthday. My daughter said yes her sons 6th and that he wanted to bowl on his birthday. They brought him and his 4 1/2 year old brother a bowling pin that they could take home and also a balloon and pencils. This made the boys day. Thank you so much for your kindness.
The bestits a 5 Strike Bowling Center! The family New Years Eve party was a great example of wonderful family/friend good times enjoyed by all!
