The BEST pizza we've ever had! Truly! We're from out of state but will definitely be back the next time we come to Omaha.
Well, we have been eating pizza Don Carmelo's for the last 14 years! I have never had such poor customer service as I did today. We ordered two pizzas large, one cheese and the other pepperoni and double pineapple. As soon as my husband got home we cut the pizza since it wasn't cut all the way through and noticed that our double pineapple was not double pineapple. We live within walking distance to your restaurant and have visited several times throughout the years. The service has always been marvelous and the food quite delicious. However, today we were very disappointed in the service provided. We entered the restaurant a little bit before 4pm. The girl at the counter said "you can place your order here" pointing to a menu on the counter. She took our pizza order and gave us our drink cups. She asked us to pay for our order.
