At first they were an excellent place to go. But as people have changed over, and the more customer friendly employees have left, the customer service has gone to pot and no one really listens to the customer anymore. I went with my wife and grandson to pick up a order to go. My order was wrong and they forgot to give my chicken salad and macaroni salad. When I ask to speak to the manager a very young fellow came out with no customer service oriented skills, I explain the situation and he could said was he was sorry. I did tell him he was not sorry and that I would never come to that place again in my life, furthermore I order a 12 piece chicken and I was only given 8 piece.
