They were able to get my vehicle in for oil change in a timely manner. Staff were professional and polite. Great customer service.
Don Bessette Service Department has been taking excellent care of my car for years. The service has always been great, whether for a routine oil change, a/c tuneup or any other service. 12/28/2021 - another oil change today, along with antifreeze top up. Got it scheduled less than 24 hours prior. They also replaced the battery for my key fob when they noticed it had no charge left. Had a check engine light come on. Called out to Don's. Kristi thought it was gonna be next Monday before they could get me in. Put me on hold came back asked if I could bring in it 9am tomorrow. Dropped it off and the checked it out had the part in stock and had me back on the road in a few hours. Thanks again for squeezing me in.
