My fiancé and I have been long time Honda customers, and my family has been coming here for over 20years. Never have I been more infuriated, and disappointed in the Honda service team. Fiancé was told she has a nail in the tire so she took it in to get it checked out. She was told in email , and over the phone in voicemail, of the service advisor that there was a nail in the inner sidewall and the tire can not be repaired due to safety. I’ve brought my vehicle to this location several times to fix the emissions systems problem, but it is still going off intermittently.
