I had problem with battery not holding charge. Took it in and they checked battery and found that it was not working correctly, It was still under warranty and Don Ayres Honda replaced with new battery at no charge. Very satisfied with service department. Very courteous and was able to find problem quickly. Always have had excellent service at Don Ayres.

An oil leak was fixed by another service center that was not a Honda Service Center. The ordinal service center did not use a certified Honda part to fix. Had to take it back to the original service center as the leak continued. They replace the part. The leak continued so I took it to the Don Ayers Honda Service Center in Ft. Wayne, IN. They were able to fix the leak using a certified Honda Part. The Service Advisor was extremely helpful, professional, and communicated throughout the service process.

Always good service. John listened to my concerns and had them addressed. He also noted what items were already installed before I got there. He followed up at the end of the visit.
