We would like to thank Don Anthony for saving us over $6300.00 on the sale of our house. This was the second time we have used their services for selling our house. Great way to sell a home! – We tried to sell on our own but couldn't get nearly enough advertising to bring people in. No Charlotte realtor knew about our home either. We searched the Internet for discount brokers and flat fee real estate agents and found Don Anthony Realty. They are a great combination of For Sale By Owner and real estate agents because you get your home on the MLS and a bunch of other websites, but you don't have to pay the commission if there is no buyer agent.
