Nice before you purchase but, after that is a pain to deal with them. No customer Service oriented at all and request the repairs under warranty is like begging them for a favor …everything is a fight with them. Also they don’t give warranty over the warranty repairs, meaning once they make the repair they are done. We have repairs done under warranty and very poorly repaired in new house… I wouldn’t buy a house from them again. Better customer oriented companies around.
We purchased a home from Domus and the whole team was amazing throughout the entire process. Domus's standards are what most other builders will consider an upgrade. Great quality builds and 5 star service. Thank you Team Domus for an amazing experience. We hope to build with you again in the future.
