UPDATE: Eryn did email us back and let us know that given changes during that time, that many were instructed to leave the cox equipment in the apartment and that she would reach out to cox. This was super relieving to hear for us. It seemed like she was having to talk to cox multiple times. We were nervous because the bill date had passed but cox updated it on their end that they received the equipment.
