The new management just sucks, I must say it has been significant downgrade from the previous team. I sincerely hope they can turn things around, but as it stands, I cannot recommend living here under the current management. If you’re considering moving in, I suggest you think twice and look for a place that values its residents.
My experience at the Domus has been outstanding- Mari was delightful to work with and made the process so easy. The location is great- being on the water and able to walk to everything is amazing.
We love our new apartment! Perfect location and beautiful views of the river and the city. All of our neighbors are very friendly, it seems like a close community here. Mari, the property manager, is amazing. She was incredibly helpful throughout our touring and rental process, and is very responsive to any questions and concerns that come up. We love DoMUS!
Amazing location in Third Ward. High quality appliances, high quality custom blinds, huge washer dryer, solid wood closet doors with tons of space, solid wood floating shelves, large bathroom, beautiful views of the river, the Hoan bridge at night, and fireworks from Summerfest. Beautiful interior of the building. Safe parking garage. Nice amenities. Extremely responsive leasing office (shoutout to Mari who is amazing) and maintenance staff (shoutout to Zach who is also amazing). I could go on.
