So rude and reckless. Contracted by the parks department so they dont care about the local residents and businesses they impact. They showed up in the middle of our cafe service and we told them no one informed us of this work, that our patio was full and we didnt have enough space to move all the guests indoors [which Isaiah confirmed as he came into the cafe], I told them we could shut down the patio around 3pm (about an hour later) as this would affect our guests. This company and crew are extremely reckless. They were hired by the Parks Dept. in NYC to trim back trees on residential streets. Not only did they hit my car with their not city-street-friendly wood chipper vehicle, but they dragged a neighbor's car to make space by hooking up a rope to the hub cap which they ripped off but went back for more by hooking up the rope to the wheel. Dom is a lovely man and his workers are quick, efficient, talented, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting. They cut back branches that were growing into the house, and cleaned up another 3 trees with dead branches. I'm very satisfied with their work, as this was the second time I've worked with them.
I had an incident with don tree service on 3/13/24 I accidentally drove over a cone. As I was removing the cone from underneath my car. One of his employees started to scream and verbally attack me …(Extremely unprofessional) as he approach me I notice he was intoxicated ( eyes red and slurring his words ) that’s when dom the owner running from his truck wondering what’s going on.
