Prices are a little high. Long walk on icy road to find parts to go back and get tools to go back and get parts.
Just yesterday I purchased a battery from Dom's. I was very happy and satisfied with the service from Jennifer and Dom. This was not the first purchase I have made with Dom's Auto Parts. I am a senior citizen, as I was leaving with the heavy battery in my hands this Gentleman help to my car with it. Turns it was the owner. Amazing service! Thank you so much.
Jenny and everyone at Dom’s were extremely helpful and saved the day. I needed a part quickly on a Friday afternoon and they had it in my hands within hours. Highly recommend.
I waited for a windshield wiper motor for 5 hours…. they don’t give you any updates or anything. really not happy considering i was waiting around literally all afternoon for one part that takes not even 5 minutes to get off because it has 2 bolts you have to take off. wasted my time all day just to get one part. i say if you do want to shop here, order the part 2-5 business days before picking it up.
