Room was fine and nice to be close to beach but customer service was HORRIBLE. We had a terrible experience checking in. First of all, they charge an early check in fee (regular check in time is 4pm and they charge a fee if you want early check in before 2pm ) of $100+!! Insane to be paying $100 for just a few extra hours in the morning and it wasn’t disclosed during the actual booking. I want to say thank for the amazing vacation in Miami!! Rooms are clean and large, bright. There are everything what you need: including a dishwasher. Kitchen is equipped perfectly ! Location - ideal, the hotel has access to the beach ( including deckchair/beach towels ) Also, important to mention pools: 1 on the 5th floor with amazing view on beach and hot tub (that save us when there were couples of days with bad windy weather) and 1 pool on 1 St floor. Highly recommend you!!
Bardzo przyjemne miejsce, piękne apartamenty, niestety obsługa na plaży obniża poziom usług w budynku.Szczególnie niesympatyczny pan Federico ,który nie miał ochoty pracować i nie udostępnił parasola plażowego. Parasoli miał kilka ale stwierdził,że wszystkie są zepsute i nie ma żadnego wolnego leżaka na plaży.Nie wykonal obsługi gości,mimo,że leżaki i parasole były dostępne. Taka obsługa na plaży odstrasza klientów hotelu.Obsługa wewnątrz hotelu bez zarzutu.
Everything is wonderful here, but only the front desk who named Julia was not very friendly. When I asked her questions about hotel information, she answered with unpleasant attitude.
