CANCELLATION and no recourse. Got an email about a refund. I called to find out that our reservation in Houston was cancelled because they are pulling out of the Houston market. NO email explanation. No offer to help find other options. Because of the short time of notice, rooms at hotels had significantly risen for location needed. A LOT more. I wouldn't recommend this company unless you scheduled a back up option, just in case they decided to pull out of your city as well. Extremely disappointed.

Amazing view, Super Clean Units, Convenient Parking, Beautiful Pool, Gym and Clubhouse... and BBQ Grills. Wish the pool area and swimming times were extended to at least 11:00 or 12:00 particularly on the weekend ( Friday and Saturday). Staff is nice, but disorganized Nevertheless, Sarah and Vicky, the Regional Manager are very professional and courteous. Domio Downtown Miami
No they hire my girlfriend to help clean they places and only paid her once she did other houses for them and didn’t receive her pay how you going to not paid your employees
If you're booking with Domio, be ready to figure out a plan B. On your own. At the last minute. Domio cancelled our reservation 2 days before a group of 6 of us was supposed to check in at their New Orleans location. Apparently the apartment that we had booked *several WEEKS before* was double-booked. You'll ask, surely they helped you figure out alternative accommodations, like another hotel or AirBnB would have done? Ha, right! Domio apartment rooms are well appointed and are a great addition to the city of New Orleans. Reminiscent of the old New Orleans with swanky modern touches reflective of the well traveled.
