I’ll start by saying that we’ve never had an issue here, and we order every Friday. But tonight we ordered a pepperoni pizza and a chicken Alfredo pasta. The kids ate the pizza and all was good. I’m about 4 bites into my Alfredo and all of the sudden I’m having trouble swallowing the pasta. Then I feel the hair in my mouth. Horrible service, unprofessional and rude manager. Stay far away. We’ve ordered from this Domino’s for years. Never again. Funny enough, others have had issues with this manager as well (check Google). Contacted corporate.

2 times in a row now ordering the pasta bowls my wife has received her orders with long black hair in her food. the first time calling back was offered a refund that was never given. I don't recommend this domino's unless you want a hairball.
Took my order and charged my card. Then called back to tell me that they will no longer deliver to Catherine Lake. When I asked for a credit he informed me that my money would be back on my card in 5-7 days. Ordered from this dominos for 12 years. Th y took my address before they billed my card. I just wanted my lava cakes!
We order from here quite frequently and 9 times out if 10 they can't get our order right.
I only gave one star because selecting a zero isn't an option. I would if I could! We ordered a pizza, pasta and a sandwich from here. The pasta wasn't even a full dish - it was half of the bowl and tasted like it was watered down! The pizza was the absolute worst pizza I had ever ordered! The pepperoni tasted stale, the crust was so hard that even my dog couldn't chew it and refused to eat it! The sandwich bread was so hard and the Philly steak meat tasted like crap!
