Went at 11 they close at 12 did not let me order.
We did not get our salad with our order and at first I thought we were chgd fir the parm bread bites that I had used points to get free. I realized the amount was taken off the biill. I calked and talked to Steve who said he wiuld credit my account for the salad( ( I didn’t think we had been charged for it, but we had. I have kept receipt. Steve was very respectful and patient with my confusion!
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered two pizzas, and when they never arrived, I contacted the store. I was told by a manager that the driver couldn’t find my address and brought the pizzas back to the store. Instead of trying to contact me, they simply gave up on the delivery. What’s worse they told me that if I still wanted my order, I would have to pay again.
