We waited over an hour after our estimated ready time to even head to the store, then we waited another 30 or so minutes in the drive thru because the lobby was closed, all for them to tell us that it would be at least another hour because they were "50 pizzas behind." I asked for a refund, the guy said ok and then walked away. We waited for him to come back to the window, but he didn't so we left not knowing if we would get a refund or not. Ordered 3 of the any toppings for 9.99. Was told they'd be ready between 11:16 to 11:26 am. Got to the drive thru at 11:31. Didn't get the pizzas till 11:50. This isn't the first time this has happened. Every time I've ordered recently its been like this. Get to the restaurant at or after the designated time and have to wait. So, I don't know if corporate needs to Update the Tracker process or the restaurant needs something.

I say this with zero exaggeration, this is probably the worst food establishment in the state of Illinois. They DO. NOT. CARE. It’s actually pathetic that these employees are being paid to “work”. Shut it down right alongside the Wendy’s so these people have to go work somewhere where they are held accountable. And WHOEVER is in a position of management at this place, should never ever hold the title of manager at any place ever again.
