1-Star Review This was a very disappointing delivery experience. The driver delivered my order to the wrong floor instead of my front door. I live on the first floor, but my food was left on the second floor. When I contacted the store, they kept insisting that the order had been delivered because they had a delivery photo. However, that photo only showed that the order was delivered to the wrong location, not to my address. They wouldn’t even show me the photo unless I came to the store myself. first time ordering from dominos, my order had mushrooms but they forgot to include it, pizza overall is great but the missing mushroom is just so disappointing
Everytime I show up to pickup an order a couple minutes after the tracker says it's ready. Every time I have to wait at least 5 minutes before it's ready. This last time they hadn't even made it yet. I watched them create it while I waited. Whatever corporate metric they are cheating just ruins it for the customer.
I picked up my order, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The pizza was incredible, made exactly the way I ordered it, hot, fresh, and ready right on time. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
