i’ve ordered here dozens of times over the years and consistently they will hit the delivered button when it hasn’t arrived yet, causing worry each time that either the delivery was taken or the workers get too hasty. i had a nice courier tonight, i think his name was Mehran. Very friendly and nice to talk to. otherwise my experience with pick up in store is okay.

Make sure to check your order. They will literally give you what they want not what you order. And they never answer the phones. When I emailed dominos they said it’s privately owned so whoever is running this business needs to do better.
