Every time I order, the dough is dry and pretty flavourless. Don’t even bother trying to reach them on the phone. The place at 1900 simcoe that shut down (and reportedly had rats) was infinitely better food and service. Sorry guys just fix your cooking
This store consistently misses the main topping on the pizza. Last time, my pizza was missing at least three toppings, and this time, it was missing pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza. The first time I told them about the problem, they offered me a free pizza from 11:00 pm until the end of the day. However, after I reached out to customer support, I never received a response. Waste of money

Even though the staff were really busy, the pizza was excellent! It was fresh, delicious, and made with care. Great job to the team for keeping up the quality and service!
