I called this pizza place to order cheesy garlic bread, and I asked what chicken wing flavors they had. The person who took the call honestly, I’m not sure if it was a human or AI listed a few flavors. I wasn’t interested in any of them, so I said, Just give me the regular plain wings, with no flavor added. I also asked what quantities they offer. This is the difference between ordering from Uber eats or the restaurant directly. I had a problem so I was able to call the restaurant directly. The manager fixed everything and delivered a new pizza. Now that's great customer service!
