ordered pizza at 7:35pm and it said 10-20 minutes to get delivered. it first said the person started prepping our order at 7:35. then at 8pm it says they just started preparing it then. then it shows at 8:15 our order is 2 mins away but then i check and five minutes later the driver is back at the store. i call to ask what is going on and they immediately knew who’s order it was, didn’t offer an apology or anything, and just hung up. it’s now 8:30 and still no pizza. we live five minutes away from the restaurant. completely ... read more
