EXCELLENT customer service Arnab!! Very friendly and pizza was fresh, hot and delicious!! Thank you for also sharing the in-house and online specials. Domino's maybe my new favorite!!!
Never had an issue with domino's
We ordered 2 pizzas today. One was Handmade Pan Crust and we confirmed the order 3-4 times with the person taking our order at the store. When we got the pizza, they were so bad - crust was dry and thin and kind of burnt (not edible). When we called the store again, they denied that it wasn't pan crust pizza. We had to throw them away and get food from elsewhere. Such bad quality and irresponsible service Never ordering from this store again.
Worst customer service. They constantly hang up the phone when you call so they dont have to take orders. Takes 5-10 times calling and being hung up before someone will finally talk. Even tho you can hear the employees chatting to each other every time the line connects. Seems like to want to get paid but don’t want to actually work.
