This location has been going downhill fast over the last year and a half. I placed an order for pickup. They gave me the wrong pizza and I had to drive back and wait for another one to be remade. None of the 3 employees I talked to apologized or said sorry. I mentioned this to the person I spoke to thinking maybe he might apologize for the inconvenience but instead told me all they could do was give me a credit for the next order. This is our go-to when in this area. This last visit warrants a review. I struggle with technology so I just called them to place my order. The man on the line clearly had a kitchen full of active workers in the background but he did not ask me to repeat my order, he didn't struggle to understand my request and we wrapped up the order in record time.
