Terrible phone service.
Worst experience with Domino’s. Ordered a chicken pizza, received chicken + bacon instead. I don’t eat bacon for personal reasons so the whole pizza was wasted. When I called to complain, the staff was rude and blamed me saying “you ordered wrong” instead of helping. This is unacceptable for a brand like Domino’s. Zero accountability, zero customer service. Would not recommend.
I truly love Dominos. I don't care what anyone says, they have amazing quality control. The pizza always arrives hot and fresh. Great delivery team. The pizza I just had with my earned points, was probably one of the best ones i've had yet. This Dominos runs a tight ship, and Management should be proud of the team. I would NEVER hesitate to recommend them, and highly suggest you to just go for it! Thanks guys, will see you in a week most likely haha.
