I Love this Dominos! There always open late when you get that late night craving! They're extremely close to my house as well so that's a ++++. The manager is great always says hello and asks how you're doing. One time I gave an extra $20 by mistake and he gave it back and also told me to be sure I'm careful with my money because most people would take advantage of that and he doesn't want to see that happen to me 😁Love his honesty! Do not get me started on this horrible horrible place. It's absolutely disastrous. I order my pizza and I see the delivery driver come and holding it vertically. Like the boxes were purses. And, unsurprisingly, I open up the boxes and the pizza is all squished, my chocolate cakes smushed into a ball. Horrible. I call the manager, and she says "I will send another one." Terrible service. Person at the counter ignored me. After waiting for 20 minutes, I had to ask about my pizza, and it turned out they forgot about it completely. I later went back and saw my finished pizza sitting unattended. I waited in the restaurant for 35 minutes for one small pizza. It was also way too expensive.
I ordered 2 things and I live a literal 5 minute walk away from the dominos so I expected it to be delivered to me. Instead when I went downstairs to meet the drive because I clicked the instructions "hand it to me" not "leave it at my dorm" I wait outside for the order for 10 minutes the contact number was just an auto message and the order randomly got marked as complete without me getting it. I don’t know why the other reviews are so critical the staff is always friendly and yes they can be busy on weekend nights so expect a longer wait but you can fix that by ordering before the rush or place an order and pick it up after an hour! The pizza is regular dominoes pizza not the best but you know what you are ordering it’s what you going to get for the price especially in the city it’s great to get a medium two topping pizza for 5.99 instead of 20 bucks.
