Food always comes cold and you’ll get an email from dominos that says “that wasn’t our best” with a free pizza coupon that needs a minimum order of 20$ for delivery. My food came destroyed this time. I’ve learned my lesson never again. And don’t forget the rude drivers (you’re welcome for the tip)

Was visiting from out of town and was exhausted from a day walking around Boston so ordered delivery from this Dominoes. The pizza was great and the delivery driver was very polite. With their app coupons I was able to order a large pizza with up to 7 toppings for $9.99! It was $20 after the delivery fee and tip, but still that is a BARGAIN in these times of massive inflation.

Terrible quality - save your $$$. Order arrived on time but the quality of their "stuffed" breads was horrific. I even sent pictures of their menu vs. what I received - night and day difference. They had a customer service person reach out to send me coupons to try again. She was very nice, but after 2 tries of "it was mailed", I gave up. Do not get me started on this horrible horrible place. It's absolutely disastrous. I order my pizza and I see the delivery driver come and holding it vertically. Like the boxes were purses. And, unsurprisingly, I open up the boxes and the pizza is all squished, my chocolate cakes smushed into a ball. Horrible. I call the manager, and she says "I will send another one." women worker claiming driver doesn’t have “all the time in the world to deliver food to a customer” when asked her name hung up. They’ve been ignoring calls since. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Haven’t received the food or the money back. Spent an over an hour waiting for the food. I understand busy times but this is just attitude and no sense of customer service.
