I don’t know if the people who work at the Chenal Parkway Domino’s are merely incompetent and unprofessional or if it is something worse that prevents them from understanding the concept of time. What I do know is December 4, 2020 is the second time in a row that I waited the full 20 to 25 minutes I was told it would take to complete my order before I even showed up. Ordered 9 pizzas online to pick up at 3:45. Arrived at that time and was told there was a technology problem, then they pulled up the order and started it. It took longer than they said for them to be ready. No apology or other accommodation offered. Then, got home the order was wrong. A veggie pizza had meat on it and other wrong ingredients. I had not ordered pizza from Domino's in years. Will remember this one!

Please get better about giving the dipping sauces customers pay for. We’ve paid for so many that we don’t get. Tonight we paid for 3 garlic dipping sauces and didn’t get any of them.

Called to place an order on 11/30/2018... was on hold for 16 minutes, hung up and called back and was placed on hold for ANOTHER 10 minutes... this store’s customer service is absolutely horrible. They need to just shut it down. Totally unacceptable.

So on 7/14 we ordered some pizzas. The typical order. Ham and cheese. Got there and the pizza we were given was chicken bacon ranch. Took 45 minutes to get the correct pizza. While waiting, the manager instructed the people at the front desk not to accept any more orders for the night (it was 6:45 on a Saturday). 4 other employees got in a shouting and yelling match with customers in the store. I kept hearing about the 5.99 large 2 topping deal all day on Pandora. It said you had to ask for it. My wife called and they said it was 7.99. After arguing about it we finally caved. Come to find out we had to order it online for that price. Pretty down low if you ask me. Either the person was uninformed or wanted us to pay extra. From now on we will ignore the ads for dominoes and start going to pizza hut.
