I called in an order for pick up Friday Sept 20, order went through, was given a total and estimated pick up time but when I got there, guess what...no order ready or even a hint of the order placed but Sara the gal that took the order was there and even remembered it. They always forget something you ordered, whether it is a simple sauce cup or an 8 piece boneless chicken..

My mother and I placed two orders last night and they messed up both orders so badly we couldn't even eat them. One of her pizza's was burnt and dried so badly it was hard to chew it. And two of mine were severely undercooked and dough-y with one of them not even sliced at all! So basically I paid $25+ for a 2 liter of rootbeer?! Will never order here again!!!
I called only to have them answer and hang up immediately. Called back a few times. Finally someone answered “Thank you for calling the Tremonton Dominos, we are closed! Call back later” then they hung up. Like... the website says open till midnight. I was just wanting to ask about that. Why answer at all?! I was raised that hanging up on people is rude.
I ordered a pizza and breadsticks to be delivered. I live 1.2 miles from domino's and they told me it would be about a 25 minute wait. Well almost 45 minutes later, I called and the kid told me he was 5 minutes away. I told them I had to cancel my order due to the fact I ordered it to take to work and was already late. They then hung up on me!!
