Dominos, having a person quit the day before and someone not show up for a shift does not mean it is excusable to have a preordered order another 45- hour later than scheduled for delivery. You call someone in or call your customers and say you F***** up. You never want to just let a customer be upset and cancel their order. Completely inexcusable.
Lady deliverers our pizza and when she drove up into our driveway we can see her flickering a lighter and she smelled strong of marijuana when she came up to the door. Her eyes were bloodshot and seemed off. When we asked her not to do drugs on our property she was rude and told us to mind our own Business and that “weed should be legal.” We won’t ever order from this location again. Her plate number is UMT 443 black Nissan.

I placed my order online, which said my order would be ready in 11-16 minutes. I got an email saying to track the order clicked the link and it said my order was ready. i waited 30 minutes to pick up. i went into the Saunders store and the first guy at the register said he seen the order but not that it was up. Another guy came up and took my money and they both wandered around as if they were lost. You had an employee standing in the front door smoking a cigarette. Mind you the door was cracked, she enjoyed her smoke! Threw the Butt on the property and went back inside!!! Great Laugh!!
Worst customer service I have ever received the management is City the food is shitty and I will never spend a single penny at this establishment again looks like it's Pizza Hut from now on tell your friends
9 times out of 10 they forget my sauces which costs extra so I'm getting robbed $1.00 everytime.
