Worst pizza place in the state of Idaho. to clarify, I'm talking about this specific location, and this specific store manager and crew. Our order arrived and the food was inedible, with half the order missing. the store manager hung up on us three times, and then sent replacement food to the wrong address. when we called back to ask about it, he cursed my friend out and told her they weren't resending the food. negative stars.
I gave someone my card number over the phone and my information was taken and obviously written down! They tried to order something online for 700 and was denied so they tried 200 and was denied finally they settled for a pizza for 30 bucks! I’ve only used that card once at dominos in the last month or more! Be careful I don’t recommend giving card information to these people! Nothing but low life, thieving scum work there and when you call to report it, their useless manager doesn’t care. I’ll give my money to locally owned Rizo’s.
Today was an abnormal day for our pizza from this location. It was a delivery and one of our pizzas was completely messed up by sliding in box and upside down.
Just ordered some thin crust pizzas. The pizzas were burnt. I called the store. I was told that it was due to being thin crust they were burnt. Too bad so sad. I dont know why I even order here. They are horrible. Grest customer service huh. You decide.

Can’t fault this branch. After a 10 hour drive we found the branch by accident. Great service when I ordered in store. Ordered over the phone the following evening for delivery to where we were staying as pub near by the food didn’t look good for the price. Having a English accent it’s not always easy to understand what I am saying. Order was simple no issues and delivered in less time than I was advised. Thank you
