Horrible! The guy was rude. I ordered my pizza at 6:05 and got there at 6:35 to get it since online said 25-30 minutes. He took my money then said oh it's not ready. So I asked how much longer and he said at least 15 minutes or longer, I don't really know. So I asked about what it said online and his response was oh that's never right, it's done by corporate not us. So an hour and a half later I received my pizza. No apology nothing. Just a very rude employee!

Most of the time that I order from here, the order either A) My order is super late, B) Completely wrong, or C) failed to be entered. Been waiting for almost an hour, called to check on what was going on, and they said that nothing has been ordered in a while. While I appreciate the fact that they comped the order that I had to REORDER, but I'd rather just have my order done right the first time
Ordered two medium pizzas last night for our family movie night, I was given an time range of 66-76 minutes for delivery. I ordered at 7:15pm and my pizza didn't arrive until 8:55pm! I called the store to ask where my order was as my two year old was hungry and it was getting late. I was not offered an apology or a reason, I was simply told that there were still two orders ahead of mine and that my order was done but was still waiting for a driver. Took 2 hours for delivery. Got the wrong pizza....supposed to be chicken with alfredo sauce. Received pineapple with alfredo sauce. Pizza was like soup. Horrible!!!! Tried to call multiple times and no answer.
Worst customer service. Told order would take 30-40min, waited an hour, called and was told the driver left 15min ago, waited another 10min and called to cancel. Was told they were really busy and they would cancel the order. No other offer or explanation. 10 minutes after that the pizza arrived and the driver had no idea order was canceled. In the end it took an hour and a half to get 2 medium pizzas and breadsticks that they ended up throwing out. Well done dominoes. Well done.
I do know that I will never go in there again..it wasn't because of the long wait, or the high price of the pizza, it was because I noticed (after I received my order) they were NOT wearing gloves when they prepared the food so I was completely grossed out..maybe I am being over dramatic, but I do not want anyone touching my food without gloves. Ordered extra large pepperoni sausage black olive the crust was overcooked hardly any sauce whatsoever and literally no toppings and whoever tried to slice the pie failed
