I ordered two medium pizzas @ 4:49PM CST. Should have been one of the simplest, easiest orders they received all day. And yet the pizzas didn't arrive until 7:10PM CST with no explanation as to the delay. This dominos is 2 miles (6 minutes per google maps) from my house and traffic was NOT an issue. Totally unacceptable. Complete fail. I get if friday night is busy and it takes 60 min. 90 min might have still been acceptable. But 141 min for a couple pizzas, wow sorry that's pitiful.
Well I ordered the stuff crust with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Well I ordered double pepperonis with sausage and onions and mushrooms. Included is the pictures of my pizza. I could of gotten a pizza from the family dollar with the same amount of pepperoni. One picture with a flash.
I was craving pizza and usually I like Dominios. Bit this one was horrible there pizza was soggy and ....well it was soggy. No one likes soggy pizza. It looks good but it was not.
Last few orders I’ve had to cancel because after excessive (30-45min) wait they haven’t even started making them.
Best pizza we’ve had in a long time. Definitely be back.
