I ordered online a half pepperoni/cheese PAN pizza and received a burnt no cheese pizza. When I called to complain the female hung up on me multiple times. Is this good customer service?
Waited outside for 15 minutes only to find my order has been cancelled -_- store accepted my order, got an email, was almost an hour before closing when I did order - what gives!? Night shift worker at this store didn't need to do that. To the upper management, how is she at all in any position of authority if she will abuse it?
