Delivery takes longer than 45 minutes, I ordered for delivery a second time thinking I’d give them a second chance (waited one hour and five minutes the first time) since the first time I ordered was on a Friday, second time around pizZa took 55 minutes to be delivered, called to check status and was told diver was on her way; got no apology or explanation as to why it was taking longer than promised. I am truly disappointed with this establishment and will be definitely taking my business elsewhere
Ordered food for carry out for family night and when I went in to pick up my pizzas the store manager TIMANTRE who was making and boxing the pizzas was handling food and on his phone. I looked around and saw other people back there doing the same. It's bad enough to see studies done that prove our phone are germ infested, but with this Coronavirus scare you would think they would be more professional about it. Stay off tour phone until your break, Facebook, snapchat, ig, and all the other apps can wait.
customer service here is a joke!! picked up an order at their drive thru window.. the girl didn’t greet..no thank you.. NOTHING!! never said a single word!! NEVER AGAIN!!
I ordered two pizzas and each one was supposed to be 6.99 but I was charged more for them. I felt like they were charging me more than they should have so I asked for the receipt and saw that they put each pizza for 9.99 instead of 6.99. I wanted a refund and the person attending me didn't even apologize.
Sad..I ordered a pizza and they forgot to cheese all of the pizza �
Customer service is horrible!!!!..... The manager is very very rude!!!! Never again will I order from that location!
Waited thirty minutes for what was supposed to be a triple pepperoni and got a single!! So much for better...
