Prepare to wait tomore than double of the app time without right to ask about. Manager and pizza maker very stressed will answer with excuses and bad attitude in front of more than 40 minutes in total. I don't see a bad product, I'm seeing a very bad managed place.
I have to admit I’m very impressed with this location. There was a small issue with my order and the customer service was second to none. I have been to this location many times in the past with zero issues so I knew the issue was an isolated issue due to an extremely busy night. Other businesses could learn a thing or two about customer service from this location.
Although I was told when placing my order by phone that it would arrive within 25 minutes, when I called the store an hour later, they informed me that the pizza hadn't even left yet. Rather than providing people with misleading information, it would be much more sincere to simply tell them the actual delivery time. Thank you.
Don’t expect to get any red pepper or Parmesan cheese packets. $3.50 for a shaker of one of them. Wow
