I have to admit I’m very impressed with this location. There was a small issue with my order and the customer service was second to none. I have been to this location many times in the past with zero issues so I knew the issue was an isolated issue due to an extremely busy night. Other businesses could learn a thing or two about customer service from this location.
Although I was told when placing my order by phone that it would arrive within 25 minutes, when I called the store an hour later, they informed me that the pizza hadn't even left yet. Rather than providing people with misleading information, it would be much more sincere to simply tell them the actual delivery time. Thank you.
Don’t expect to get any red pepper or Parmesan cheese packets. $3.50 for a shaker of one of them. Wow
Never again will I buy anything from Domino's, had trouble ordering online so I called, the women that answered transferred me to some guy who proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong with the online ordering, would let me tell me him what I was having trouble with, then complained how busy he was, called back again after again having difficulty with online ordering....I might as well have bought frozen Ellios pizza, I ordered over the phone, a large, which a large is 18 inch not barely 14, it was burnt, cut into tiny sq... read more
