I ordered online everyone knows gps on cell phones pins your location when you order food. Why is it that my food never came???? I got to check and it got sent to a total different address then what I put. I called to talk to someone and he was extremely rude wouldn’t let me finish explaining my issue and kept interrupting while I was talking. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. On top of that he hung up on me when I asked him to let me finish talking. Bad business get new employees
Ordered food 2 hours ago. Never arrived. Says delivered on app. Calling store - they first put me on hold for 25 minutes, then never picked up the phone again. Will not be ordering from here again. Something must have changed in leadership, service was better half a year ago. Edit: Spoke to store, they were incredibly rude, yelling, using curse words, insisting someone else stole it from my doorstep (we have cameras, no one was here).
