Food is really enjoyable BUT the customer service experience was horrific. The agent who answers the phone kept cutting me off, only to find himself repeating rhetorical questions. The killer is I live approx. 3.6 miles from this store, it had taken 1 hour and 35 minutes to deliver? I understand things happen - however never tell the customer it will take 45 mins to an hour.
