People literally will ignore your calls or just not answer. I tried to get a hold of them several times in the span of an hour and a half and no one will answer. At all. Terrible customer service. They need to get a better staff if they expect to stay in business.
I order several times a week and normally never have a problem but tonight was horrible! Customer service was disgusting. I was on hold for 15 minutes being bounced back and forth between different people who did not even listen to my entire problem before putting me back on hold. Only to finally get on the phone with the owner and still not have my issue resolved. Never in my life met an owner who was so rude and unprofessional. I have been a loyal customer for years now and I do not appreciate being disrespected. Bainbridge dominos will never get my service again and if I can help it my fellow family members will no longer be associated with such an unprofessional, rude, nasty establishment!! The owner should be reported!!
