HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE INCOMPLETE ORDER TWICE SOME NO - NAME PUNK threatened to have me BLACKLISTED!! Saving them the trouble!! Wouldn’t give me his name yet he has my phone number, credit card and my home address ... this isn’t over !!
I live on Whichards Beach Rd. I sure wish y’all would deliver out here. Papa Johns in Washington delivers here. Y’all are my favorite though. Please consider widening your delivery area.
Can the employees at least ask when ordering if you want the darn extra garlic!! It’s too overwhelming and tonight the pizza was floating in grease😞. So a greasy garlic mess that I had to drown in ranch just to eat it. Gross!!
Quality of food has gone downhill since new ownership arrived
The Washington NC location is the worst dominos I have ever ordered from. Abigail the Manager at this location had to deliver pizza to us three times. each time the pizza was wrong. the second pizza wasn't even close. pineapple pizza!! we ordered pepperoni, sausage and ham! it took the third time to get a refund. Never ordering from here again. this place completely sucks! Avoid at all cost! Didn't even get to eat tonight with this ordeal taking three hours.
Wish I had a pic to share, but an hour and twenty minutes after placing my order I still hadn’t received my food. Not even an apology after I received a refund. Went through the Bojangles drive thru in about 3 minutes tops after...
