Had to order twice to actually get food because they couldn't find first order. Online ordering allows ordering of items they don't have in stock...ordered FOUR 20 oz drinks but none available, after much sighing and eyerolling from manager I gave up and accepted a 64 oz drink...so I paid $8 for 4 drinks & received one drink worth $2.89 in exchange. Also ordered chocolate lava cakes--order is automatically for two but box only contained one.
Got cold pizza delivered. Called to get some hot pizza delivered and manager on duty was rude got attitude with me cause I was ill as most customers would be getting cold food . Said she was going to remake it and send it out then when I asked for general manager to call me she didn’t want to send food back out had to threaten getting the law involved to get her send my money back out will never order from there again
They don’t know how to make people’s order. I ordered two large pizzas with extra sauce and neither one has hardly any sauce. This store has lost a customer for life.

You would think with all these TERRIBLE reviews they would fix the problems... I wish there were more than one Dominos in Tarboro because this one is JUST PLAIN AWFUL!
I refuse to give domino's anymore business. I have given chance after chance but tonight was the final straw. Every order they forget something: a sauce, a drink or an entire item. Tonight they didnt deliver the marinara sauce for the parm bites or the icing for the cinna-stix. We are done.
After tonight I will not be spending any more money at this place! Delivery takes forever & since I am only 5 miles away from the store I don't see you it would take an hour. when we called back to see what the problem was, the MANAGER caught an attitude saying she didn't know what we wanted her to do about it! Seriously??
