I will never order from them again. I ordered online for delivery and they made my entire order then called me before they left to deliver to tell me they won't deliver. I have ordered numeorous times from them and they have delivered to my house. I even have delivery instructions saved for them. This is how you lose customers. Thanks!
Avoid this store like the plague! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Will never order pizza from this place again. Ordered pizza, a salad, and a drink at 6:45 pm and waited until 8:50 pm for it to be delivered. Pizza arrived cold. Call the store to ask for a refund and Hanna, the manager, outright refuses due to the delivery drivers being busy. Beyond mad!!! I ordered my first pizza at 7:40. It was the wrong order!! When I called I was told that they had realized the mistake and my pizza was on its way. So, here I sit at 9:40 TWO HOURS LATER, on a Monday night, with NO pizza!!
The worst customer service I have ever experienced, over 2 and a half hour wait for one pizza. I was understanding for the first 2 hours due to traffic circumstances and after being passed around on the phone multiple times the manager offered no compensation and went as far to suggest that I should check the online wait time next time. (I had) There will not be a next time.
The manager did nothing to compensate me for picking up a pizza that was made wrong. And on top of that I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and had to hang up and call back. Terrible customer service
Be careful what you say, they could yell at you for asking about when your pizza is ready.
WONT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! LOST MY BUSINESS!!!!!!!
